Heart of Masdar: Your Luxury 1BR Oasis

Positive: Good apartment, has everything needed. Negative: I didn't understand the apartment number in checkin guide properly but found it myself luckily.

Avoid at all costs. Positive: The location suited where I worked for the couple of days, as it was only ten mins, however it is quite remote. Negative: There was a leakage in the bathroom which they obviously knew about before I arrived as they had tried to cover it with towels. It got so bad that I couldn't even brush my teeth in the sink. The maintenance team turned up at 11pm whilst I was asleep. Also, trying to leave the car park on the day of check out was a nightmare as you need to use the pass, however you had to leave that in the room.

Heart of Masdar 🥰🥰🥰 Positive: The place exceeded my or I can say our expectations, the dining setup was lovely, TV screen is nice, kitchen has all you can ask for, bed was comfortable, place is welcoming it really feels like home Negative: I would really like to have a small TV screen in the room sometimes one just doesn't feel like waking up 😊😊😊 and we only got one gown and one pair of sleepers a his and hers would be lovely, bath tub prop was not there though it wasn't a big issue since shower was there as alternative.

Nice apartment but mediocre customer service Positive: Nice, cozy apartment in a great location Negative: Restroom had a leaking sink which made the entire floor wet - this was communicated to the staff via WhatsApp during my stay but no action was taken to fix the issue. The bath tub also does not have any shower curtain (a basic requirement), which results in the entire bathroom floor being consistently wet.
